Moldex3D, developed by CoreTech System Co., Ltd, Taiwan, is a complete suite of CAE analysis software for plastics injection molding. Browse the Menu on the side to view the complete family of software products offered by Moldex. Moldex3D is capable of simulating the filling, packing, and cooling processes of the injection molding cycle and the warpage of plastic parts. In addition, it helps to precisely predict variable distribution (including the melt front, temperature, pressure, shear stress, and volumetric shrinkage of the plastic materials) throughout the molding process. The time-history curves of variables such as sprue pressure variation and clamping force, the possible locations of welding lines and air traps are also predictable with the Moldex3D application. In addition, Moldex3D can be used for evaluating the efficiency of a cooling system and estimating the shrinkage and warpage issues of a given product beforehand. Powered by advanced simulation engines with fully integrated user interfaces, Moldex3D provides both 2.5D (midplane) Hele-Shaw based (Moldex3D/Shell) and true 3D tools (Moldex3D/Solid) to meet different analysis requirements.

Moldex is a useful tool, which helps users to handle huge amounts of information generated during analysis in an organized manner. Moldex assists designers to develop parts and molds in a logical way, and shortens time-to-market. Moldex takes the-guess-work out of your job, and optimizes quality. This product helps to lower design costs and reduce the expense of molds and modifications. Moldex helps designers to achieve optimization, lower production cost, and waste reduction goals. Moldex is an essential technology applicable to part designs, mold designs and process optimization of precision plastic components.
