Services - Packing Analysis
EPS FloTek will perform mold packing analysis along with filling analysis. Our services include packing analysis in both Shell and Solid modules depending on your part geometry. Our capabilities include standard injection molding, gas assisted injection molding, thermoset injection molding and insert molding. Packing analysis will eliminate problems like overpacking, underpacking, flashing and many more. A careful investigation into the temperature distribution during packing stage provides the gate freeze time. Volumetric shrinkage at the end of packing influences the part warpage and this can be reduced or eliminated with Packing analysis.
