Services - Warpage Analysis
EPS FloTek will perform Warpage analysis to identify the cause of warpage and eliminate/ reduce it. Our services include warpage analysis in both Shell and Solid modules depending on your part geometry. Our capabilities include standard injection molding, gas assisted injection molding, thermoset injection molding and insert molding.
Warpage can be due to part design, fiber orientation, differential shrinkage, differential cooling, resin selection, process setup etc. Warpage analyses can evaluate these reasons for part distortion and will help to eliminate/ reduce it.
